After your final session in a pack, I send you a personal email — not automated, written by me. We'll talk about what you noticed, what's still open, and whether continuing makes sense. No pressure, no hard sell. Sometimes the right answer is to take a break.

Yes — reschedule any time up to 24 hours before, free, through Setmore. Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show counts as a used session. Life happens, so if it's truly an emergency, message me and we'll figure it out together.

Bank transfer (Morocco) is most common — I send you the IBAN by WhatsApp after our free call. Cash works in person in Casablanca. PayPal/Wise for clients abroad. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

No. Sessions are never recorded. I keep brief private notes on patterns and themes — never word-for-word — and they're stored encrypted, only on my devices. You can ask me to delete them at any point. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.

For 1:1 sessions, no — the space needs to be just for you. If you're interested in a session together with someone (couple, mother-daughter, etc.), message me and we'll talk about whether it's a fit.
